Just completed the campaign yesterday and it was fantastic. I never experienced that intense
dogfight that I did in some of the missions. This is a campaign that I will play again, that's for sure.
Can't find any valid download for the campaign. Can anyone help? Also If I select the highest rank, will I play as the flight leader?
Just finished mission 5 - 5 kills so far and one lost plane in the channel (made it to about 200yds from the cliffs!). The voice pack is awesome (here we go round the mulberry bush...:O ).
Thanks so much for this campaign. I'm new to IL-2 and I was totally stunned by the way the game now looks!

I seem to have a problem with this campaign.
I flew the first mission (curcuits with the Tiger moth) but the when the video tried to play it got to 89% and just stopped there. i ctrl+alt+del out of il2 and restart the campaign skipping the vid and the second mission starts up I choose my skin etc click fly and again it freezes at 89%.
This is probably an issue with canons Bob map, which works fine in QMB. I have followed stargazers tips about the static.ini, but no joy.
Anyone have any ideas?

I found a bug on the spitfire 9 early mod it is when i fly multipleplayer i can not carry the middle bomb only can somone arange it please ?[/i]
Grate dl it now. you should replace the spit with the Mk 1. (but it takes me ages to shot down any HE-111. still to shot down a bfg109. lol i spent ove 30 mins on a 109's tail still dint shot it down.) :lol:
I just downloaded this campaign and all I can say is WOW! It's so immersive that when the radio chatter anticipates incoming fighters my heart begins to pound and the adrenaline flows. I am only four missions in but I can already feel the tensions heightening and the conflict growing. I've landed myself four confirmed kills but have experienced heavy losses to the squadron; as on the third mission I lost nearly 50% of the Biggin Hill Wing. This campaign really makes one appreciate how important staying in formation is. Like when I got separated from my leader due to a diving FW where I was shortly then attacked again and sustained heavy damage to my wing but was saved by my leader. On my way back to Biggin Hill I landed one confirmed and another badly damaged. Currently I've only landed four kills but I am having a blast. I can't wait for what's awaiting me in this campaign, even the training mission was fun!
Great campaign mate, I would love it if you made one for the Battle of Britain. It would definitely be a dynamic campaign and with your touch you could make it a masterpiece. Great work mate! :wink:
