Animated Flag mod version 1.0

This mod adds animation to your default flags in game, it realize that the wind flutters the flags.
Actually it is an effect made by adding animated textures over flags msh files, it is exactly as you see in image below click on image to see animated version. I used same technique as in animated gifs pictures.


Install: Just extract to your Mods folder or extract to a temp folder, you will see folder
called "vas_Animated Flag_v1.0" put this folder inside your Mods folder.

It seems some people don't like when in my earlier mods i wrote:

You have no permission to change, copy,...

So do what you want whit it!
