ON fubox.tga Full Gages should be Fuel Gauges and this is actually a circuit breaker box not fuses.Not sure what Gaugen Walen and Coolant cycler are but this doesn't sound right to me.

ON oxygen.tga it should be: Depress Toe Pedals, which are the top portion of the rudder pedal. The toe pedals operate the individual brake for the right or left wheel. So to set the parking brake you push on the toe pedals and pull out the parking brake handle. To release parking brake you just push on toe pedals and the handle will release on its own.

ON Throttle.tga the slot that controls engine rpm should have Increase rpm at the top and decrease rpm at the bottom. You could also change the location of the screw head so you can put the x in mixture and the r in carb.

ON swbox2.tga Generator does not need to be spelled out GEN will suffice likewise Battery can be BATT.

ON fuel1.tga pusch should be push as this is a push to test switch.

It's not easy to see what C1:Maddox wrote down making these textures. They are low res and it's hard to make out what is left of the text.
Gaugen Walen => could be OXYGEN MAIN
Coolant cycler => could be COOLANT OVERRIDE
That's what I make out of it, after staring at it for a long time.

This is again what Oleg's team created. It's a choice to change it, or see if it's possible to find out how it was in reality/history.
