The RAF used some Canadair Sabres (made in Canada i believe) which had slats originally fitted that were later thrown away and replaced with hard wings etc... It's quite complicated to explain but anyway I've been trying to look for some good RAF Sabre profiles but I haven't really found any decent ones of good size, the ones I have found are on Model boxes etc... I have some pictures with all the decals which is useful although it is a bit small and the colour is off... Can't expect too much with these little box model things. So if anyone can find decent profiles of RAF Sabres I'll be happy to paint them.
So far I have painted the one in the RAF Museum (XB812) so the actual camo is completely done, sometimes the underside colour will need to change a bit but otherwise the camo doesn't need to change. Here is the one I've done:
Thanks for the help.
