Nails Are Soft Compared To Poles

I love the USSR Ministry of Education approved DM of the U-2.
Heroic gunner finally called it quits after 3rd .303 hit a few moments later. His aim seemed to decline in accuracy after losing a chunk of his brain

Pilot never flinched right to the moment he flew into a hill...

It is possible to kill the pilot and gunner, but it must be done from above. Nothing works when firing from direct six. It should, seeing that the plane is nothing more than wood and fabric, but there you are. I suggest that some-one re-does the plane and FM, resubmitting it with new armaments, cockpits, under the designation Po-2, which it was re-named to after the death of Polikarpov during the war.

Wrong, I have killed U-2 gunner and pilot from direct 6 several times before... you possibly just wounded him hitting him in the shoulder...

The gunner did get killed by a shot from 6 oclock later in that mission. The pilot is immune to any shots from behind with .303. Also it appears the U-2 is fueled with hydrogen and covered in fabric spun from asbestos since you will never see any fire or fire damage. Smoke some times from engine, but never any flames.
