Hey Guys,
I installed a mod that for some reason I hear gunfire off in a distance and then I'll fly a few seconds later and see the planes dogfighting. Does anyone have this happening to them, if so how do I get rid of it. I'm not sure which mod it is. It's kind of annoying hearing gunfire and then I see the planes far away from me, a couple of time I thought someone was shooting at me.....Any feedback is welcomed. Thanks ahead of time.

I hear the same sound of gunfire and look about and no one is firing in my vicinity.I note this is using the 1.1 aaa installer.

This happens online sometimes... its a stock IL-2 bug

Just fly the Tempest and some of the others... you won't hear anything else then....

Do you have buffy's flak and battle sounds

if your using 5.1 surround sound and not the default game 4 speaker settings you will pick up sound anomaly's.

try changing your EAX settings.

I have buffy's flak's but not the sounds. I will look at my sounds settings too.

*Post Edit* I just changed my sound setting to Headphones from surround. I'll see if this helps. Thanks for the heads up... :wink:
