a have this problem. when I'm flying and i want to look around with the mouse
my plane starts to climb.

what is here the problem.

You have mouse as controller? You use same hand to mouse as to joystick so you leave stick on its own?

Also, when you let go of the stick, most planes will try to climb. Barely because of physics and lack of trimming. Set keys for aileron, elevator and rudder trim and use them to force the plane to fly straight when not holding the stick.

This is the most common cause of non-wanted climbing when the stick is loose.
