High quality water

Hi everybody,

I'm just wondering, how do you gut the good looking, 3d water instead of the 2d water I have now.

Hi There....

Here's how to do it... First make sure that your video mode is set to OpenGL 32-bit instead of Direct X.

Then go to your video options and the 'perfect water quality option should be enabled....

Also in your 1946 folder there is the "conf.ini file, at the bottom of the file you'll see;

VideoSetupId=17
Water=2 set this to 3
Effects=1
ForceShaders1x=0
PolygonOffsetFactor=-0.15
PolygonOffsetUnits=-3.0

No set it to 4

3 is just a much better texture. 4 is with breaking waves and better better better textures

depend if he have an ati or nvidia card....
If ati put Water 2
if nvidia put water 4 :wink:
