I can not open the bombay doors manually and before any one shouts "assign a free key to the power 10 in contols"...I have done that. I went through every possible Forum of this site to try to find a sollution for my problem. Yes, I have the right Mods, yes the Bomb Bay mod is in the right place and I even removed some of my latest installs in the Mod folder and re-installed them again. The MosquitoB MkXVI, the Spitfire XIVc and the Bf 109 K14 were the latest mod planes I installed. Nothing helps. Can it be the Plus.V2.4 version of the BombBayDoors Mod. Opening the cockpit door of the MkXIVc does not work either. Can anyone help me?

I had a similar issue with version 2.3 and discovered that the donwloaded file after unzipping contained another file within it (including a readme file) with the same name!

It is this file that should go in the MODS folder!
I'm not very good at these things and it is usually my installation error that causes a problem.

It is worth opening your Bomb Bay Door file and seeing if the file structure has been duplicated.

Nicholaiovitch, what you replied is very interesting. Do you mean I have to remove the folder BombBayDoors2.3 in the Mods folder and have to replace it with a new install. Which file do you mean has to go in the MODS folder?
I am not very good in these things.

First make sure you have deleted or renamed the original bomb bay doors folder, then type 00_ in front of the name of the new one so it reads it first. fly_zo came up with that idea and it worked for me

Indeed, just did what highlander_262 advised and....IT WORKS!!!
Bomb bay doors are opening!
