UPDATED! - Massive B-17 raid

I've just set up this mission. You'll need Canon's Channel map (beta) and the FW-190 A-3.

I'm sure I'm only highlighting my own idiocy - but where to install? I'm not sure which aircraft I'm going to be flying. Really hope it's the FW Big Grin

You'll be flying a B-17.

It's an interesting mission, however i'd add much more FlaK (i see some placed on the map but none actually fired at the formation) and Liftwaffe interceptors (they managed to get a few Fortresses down but not one has made a pass on my plane).

But - there also has to be air cover over England, add a few Spitfires patrolling the coastline and also a few P-38's flying top cover above your base. Because a few FW-190's followed us all the way from France and were picking off our ships as we were circling over home waiting for our turn to land.

Other than this, the mission is real good, and i would really love to fly a full campaign done in this fashion.

But also it would be fun to try it from the other side too, especially if some kind soul makes us a real Sturmbock bomber buster 190

Yes, sorry, so you fly a B-17G. I added plenty of Flak, but they just don't fire, I wonder why Sad
Those huns are likely to target you, I've never made it home so far...it seems a healthy balance of B-17s, huns, and escort fighters to me, but feel free to modify the mission.
