I reinstalled Il2 1946 2 times and the normal mouse for windows shows up every time I run Il2. Now I cant look around as much any more in game and its plain out annoying. So can anyone out there help me. Thanks a lot for your help.

Mine does that too. If you have a keyboard with a Windows key press it so that the game minimizes to the taskbar, then select the IL2 taskbar icon so that the game returns to full screen and it should be working. Sometimes I have to do this twice before it works.

This happens when you click the mouse, or press a key, after double clicking the icon for Il2/or launching into a game.

Trick to prevent it is; Patience. Simply do not do anything till the splash screen loads after double clicking the icon.

It also happens to me when I do that (that is nothing after double clicking), on my setup it mainly only does it the first time after the computer has been restarted and then it plays nice :lol: Other times it will do it all the time till I reboot and do the ALT TAB thing the first time - have learnt to live with it.
