How about the Gloster Meteor?

I'm sorry I dont really have any pics... a google search will turn up plenty. I'd think when the YP-80 and MIG-15 are included the Meteor of RAF fame would be a welcome addition to most enthusiast's hangar!

Anyone else think that's a good idea???

Finally, I am done with my final exam from an university and moving to other place (packed and unpacked my stuff) which is why I wasn't in this forum for over a month. I am going to start adding aircraft information given by each of you into the list slowly, small step a time while I am stil settling down for the summer.

It is good to be back everyone!

psychobob Wrote:I did a search on the site and could not find mention of this a/c. I thought it was interesting, as it was developed in 1942 and used into the 1950's.
Info. here:

Added to the list under Sweden nation, check them and see if I got everything right. I also added my own small research information, including blueprint along with your information since this aircraft look very interesting.

rossmum Wrote:Here's one for the frankenplaners - the Spiteful and Seafang. Now we have the Spit XIV, it shouldn't take all that much work, really... the early protoypes was more or less just a XIV fuselage on a new wing.

Supermarine Spiteful RB515 (e/ this was the first production, not the prototype - my bad)

Spiteful/Seafang is already WIP, check them at (The link is inoperative) and if you have any more requests, keep bring them here, along with information, data, background, and blueprints.

Aymar_Mauri Wrote:The first info might be more curiosity than anything else. The A-36 and the P-51H should be the real proposals for a new plane. I don't have much information but this might help:
