I have a good idea with a new plane. It's an rocket enterceptor from the germans. Sadly just an concept. My dream is when someone would be so kind as to build this beautiful plane for IL-2.

perhaps that is something for those who produce mods to answer. You shouldn't take it upon yourself to speak for the entire community. FNG :roll:

Jaegita, basically its like this... Most people who mod the game here are more interested in historical aspects of the game, i.e. creating new planes that actually flew, correcting existing aircraft or developing new effects. Most modders shy away from creating planes that were what-if designs.

Personally, I don't care for Luftwaffe what-ifs, but others here do. Good luck trying to get yours done.

Because they're ridiculus, and not to be mean or anything, so is the EF 009. They're great fantasies but completely unrealistic. I personally think that they don't have any place in the game. Still, it would be cool to see this, but that's just because I love the Mustang, as you can probably tell:

Yeah for totally unrealistic and pointless '46 planes! If anyone makes them, more power to them but I think it would just be easier to buy a Star Wars game. Still, best of luck to anyone who takes on this endeavour. If they want to make a serious representation of what an actual what-if fighter would have flown like, then I take my hat of to them. Probably won't fly their work, but I respect it.

The picture with the Me329s looks awesome. I certainly wouldn't complain if someone decided to make one.

Other than that, yeah... let's concentrate on getting the major aircraft, then the ones which actually flew but never went into large-scale production... then we can have our fantasy-waffles.
