I've done a bit of research the past couple years on this one. It was used for recon, search and rescue, transport, and even kamikaze. I liked the design and thought it might be of interest for those of you who would be looking for another project. I can do skinning work and a few sounds but that's about it. Any one up for this one?

I write only for me (but if someone agree please quote my reply) but this plane is a great addition to every Pacific scenarios (don't forget that one of this bird discover the USN force at Midway) and if a mod with a new plane is a hoped solution I think that even a frankenplane by hacking the AR196 can be welcome!!!

When building mission for the Pacific, I use the Arado-196 as a stand in for this plane.

It does kinda. Has a similar tail to the Val's though. Frankenplane, Ranwers? :wink:

And the spinner. Neither the kate nor val we have has a spinner.
