The Bf109-sounds work perfect for me. But problems started when I installed the BMW801 sounds for the Fw190...all sounds of the plane disappeared I hear only the wind and faint propellor sound. I did by the book, PRS to presets and wave files to Samples..missing something here?

look for FW-190_A-3 in your mods folder you need to replace the Prs and wavs in this folder with the new ones.

Did, still no sounds. Only wind inside cockpit and outside the prop sound If I listen to the files with a media player they work.

When you lose sound like that, usally you have not install prs correctly. Did it ask you to overwrite when you installed ( preset and samples )?.

Also make sure your are running unified 1.1.

I did delete old PRS and WAV files before I copied the new ones to the folder, to make sure. Then I tried to put them as You said, overwriting old ones. No joy The Black 6 DB600-series and Jumo 213 sounds worked right away. I re-installed AAA UI 1.1 + patch to restore sounds of the Fw190A.

Flanker35M , I think the package you downloaded was superseaded by the sounds for the ui 1.1 cos people like yourself were having too many conflict issues , however I am at this time workin on my last sound set for the P.47 once that is done a brand new package will be replacing the old one.

Good to know, will wait for the new BMW801 sounds then The DB600 and Jumo 213 are really good, cranking up the volume makes my seat shake

Ripped it strait from utube , am goin to contact the auther to see if he has the full version avi.

thanks for the quick answer ! if you can't get it i will try to get it from my dvd. i don't realy know how to do that but mister google will save me :-)
