Can anyone tell me why I won't have the cod folder in my Mods\std folder?.
I installed 4.09b1m,forgotten countries 1.02 and kim's fagot mig 15 camp. with the newest sabre version, but there's no \com\maddox\il2\objects path in my STD folder.
How do i fix this?
I'm not sure i know which mod Installed my STD folder into mods. :?

have you got either UI, sound mod, or mod activator? If not, get the UI (unified installer)

Annoying the annoying, so you don't have to.

If you have not yet installed UI 1.1 download it and install.
Follow the installation instructions.
Disable or delete the mig15 for now.

Once you have UI 1.1 up and running get the latest Aircraft Installer 3.8 then you can start installing any of the new aircraft.

I have mod activator 5.2 installed.
I have already downloaded everything I needed for the mig-15 campaign,But I just need to get that STD folder right. I know it's in the ui1.1 download, But I don't want to download another 1.5GB of stuff right now.

You have the same sentiment as me then regarding mammoth downloads.
I'm still using Soundmod 0.93

If you install the SpitfireMK1 mod that includes a com folder with a basic air.ini file
Also gives you a basic weapons_ru.properties and plane_ru_properties
SpitMk1 is here
(The link is inoperative)

You should also look for an objects mod which includes a basic static.ini file
You will be needing it if you haven't got one.
I think the Canon Beta Channel 1940 map includes that.
or FabianFred Thailand map.

The difficulty in starting from mod activator 5.2 is that you do not have the proper mod folder structure and therefore have to build it manually.
The static aircraft mod and Shippack2 are good mods to add to help build up the file structure.

You may also find you have fewer problems if you manually install everything rather than relying on the auto installers. These may overwrite critical files occasionally.

If that seems like too much of a chore then you should consider reverting to UI 1.1

Thanks asheshouse.
I got the objects folder, however the air.ini file makes my game cradh at 60% loaded. Without the file removed the game loads perfectly, but I can't play mig15.

Is that because I don't have all the plane mods listed in that .ini file?

You must not have any new slot aircraft mods enabled which are not in your air.ini.
You must not have any aircraft listed in your air.ini which are not enabled.

I presume you have Mig15 v3.1 (new slot)

This line of text needs to be added to the basic air.ini

MiG-15 air.MIG_15 1 r01 SUMMER

Did you add the text to air.ini, plane_ru.properties and weapon_ru.properties for Spitfire Mk1?

Have you had any other new slot aircraft installed?
Are there entries for these in air.ini, plane_ru.properties and weapon_ru.properties?

Either disable mod aircraft and remove text entries
or enable and ensure all text entries are correct

Its best to only add one mod at a time so as to keep track of changes.
Keep backups of all files being changed.
