AI and clouds

Is it possible make a MOD to prevent AI AC to see you through clouds?
It seems to be AI great advantage, since we offliners cannot see them through clouds.

I doubt it, as they "look" through everything, including hills, mountains, friendly airplanes. I agree it would be a massive improvement if the AI could not see through a 3D "viewblock" objects... and the clouds be given a 3D "viewblock" too.

AI in IL2 is annoying to put it mildly. Gunners on planes shoot you between the eyes even you have angles and speed, the AA arty tracks like a modern battle tank etc. It has no errors. Only thing is that the AI very repetitive in it's maneuvers and tactics..either rolls when engaged or then climbs like a sky rocket to the space. And gunners shoot better than the fighters Wink CERT mod maybe helps but as it is not compatible with many servers have not installed it.

I have CERT MOD installed, it improves the AI gunners behaviour very much. I fly only offline, so that is OK. Nevertheless, seeing through clouds is not treated by that MOD.
