I saw a post somewhere that was the instructions on how change setting in the STD file so MPH is the default speed indicted in the speed bar. Is that information available?

P.S.
After thinking about this for hours ....I may remember going to the config. file to change the default speed value.

It's done in the conf.ini file by means of using the [Mods] section and using the Hudconfig mod in JSGME or Mods folder.
