Flying Tigers Battle for Rangoon campaign - BurmaLower map

Do you have the MOD for the Blenheim IV airplane?

I did a search for that error message and found this topic:
viewtopic.php?t=16918&highlight=mesh+3do+humans+russia+paratroopers+mono+sim+created+load+mission

It's possible you do not have enough RAM memory. How much RAM do you have? I recall that when I had less RAM I did get that error a few times when trying to load a mission with many planes on this map. I added more RAM (now have 2 GiGs) and got a new graphics driver and haven't had that problem since upgrading.
It may be caused by something else though.

I had the same problems with some other campaigns, for example Just An Eyelash and Torpedo190, and when I installed INFANTRY_MOD_LAL-RONE, the problem was gone with Torpedo 190, but I still can't load Just An Eyelash . I'll try it on a machine with more RAM

Unfortunately, some of these new MODS maps and campaigns do require alot of computer memory and some comps may not be able to handle it. When the first IL2 Forgotten Battles came out my old computer would not even load any campaigns. Over the years I've upgraded to be able to enjoy this great hobby of mine.
If memory is your problem, then at least we know how to fix it. Good luck!

My pc is more than capable of running Il2 on full whack with no problems, I can max everything out online and offline with any user demanding mission with many aircraft, loads of flak etc.. but this just isn't having it I'm afraid

I installid the campaign, thaen the map, then the briges, then the villages. But after reading brifing in the 1st mission, I start the mission and it says "loading error"... I swear I did everything right, exactly as ChezTexan says. I even modifies the static.ini with new bidges...

The campaign seem to be wonderful. It's seem to be the 1st campaign I can't launch... Frustrating...

hello Gann,
You said you have everything required for the map to work so I suppose you have all that and all files are in the correct places.

I need to know...
1. Are you able to load the map in the Full Mission Builder?
If so, are you able to build and save a mission on this map?

2. Do you have the UI 1.1.1 with its Patch? OR, are you manually loading all new MODS?

3. Which version of cztx_BurmaLower map do you have?

Let me know what you have and we'll go from there.

Hello, CzechTexan.

I manually load all new mods I find here. Everythin is greit up to now... Except for the ctzn_Burma_lower map... It doesn't load in FMB with some loading error... But I swear I did everithing like you sayid:
1. Install burma_lower map 1.3
2. Patche it till 1.4
3. install new fabian's bridges and villages as you sayid... :???:

Gann, I think you have some missing objects from LAL Rone's Hangar MODS and some of Fabianfred's new objects. See this link...

(The link is inoperative)

BurmaLower map uses some of these objects which are also used on Fabianfred's Thailand map because Fabianfred started making BurmaLower and it has these objects.
I think this might be the major problem for people who do not have the Unified Installer (UI 1.1.1) including its Patch.

I think if you can download this Patch, you can manually install these object files.

Thank you so much, ChezTexan. My error was that I didn't had Tailand map by Fabianfred.
After installing it, both Birma map and your campain works great now. Thanks! Smile

In my opinion, I think it's a bug with the AAA MODS.
This happened to me not long ago. I had several campaigns going with all the details for each one... and then one day all the details and campaigns were gone! I don't think it has anything to do with this particular campaign because I was doing someone else's campaign when it happened to me.
Weird, I know!

Unfortuntly, this Ranggon campaign seems to be the only one that doesn't save my progress during play... All others go on just fine!
I'm sure it's because of new objects...

Regards...

P.S.: but when I disable new objects, I get null error during 1st mission startup...

Looks like you may not be able to play the campaign but you can still play them in single player mode.
Just copy the campaign folder and put into your Missions\Single\GB folder. OR, download the single player missions from my MediaFire page. Sorry that you can't get the campaign to work but at least you can fly the missions.
I wonder if you have the same problem with my Battle for Arakan campaign?
