CTD at 60%

After installing the Spit XIVe;c I know CTD at 60%... Can some please up date the UI.1.1.1 installer to have those I have no idea which plane is missing from the Ini files....

I reinstalled 4 times this week because of installation issues with new aaa released planes...And it takes me another week to get all the stuff working again...

... well, update / patch of UI won't help you much cos you will still have present mod which is causing 60% CTD ... if applied on your present installation , and installation of Spit XIV works perfectly on clean AAA UI 1.11 .

You need to check all your new plane mod folders and compare them to air.ini entries .... also check for any mod which isn't supported by latest buttons file ( AC INSTALLER 3.8 ) which i hope you have installed (no matter what Spit XIV instructions advise)

tried that all was working fine untill I installed those spitXIVE;C version then all hell broke lose..
I went though the ini file and found what was missing but that didnt work..
the vanila version works and the 4.09b1m vanilla version works.

just not the mod so is it safe for me to just delet the files and mods folder and start again?

with UI1.1 and then the SpitsXIVE;C?
and then all the other A/C mods?

yup ... rename mods and files folders ( so you have them as backup until all works fine )

... install AA UI 1.1

... then install UI patch 1.11

... then install Spit XIV mod (make sure you allow reorganization of air.ini during install ... press 1 when asked )

... then AC INSTALLER 3.8 ( make sure you choose option 6 during install)

... then add rest of desired additional mods from your old mods folder ( or reinstall them) one at the time

after a new install everything is working until I found this...Inside my files folder is a 3do folder containing the cockpit for the SpitIXc and effects folder /explode/tank_collapse;and smokes/smokesgunlarg;medium;smallfire. were so they belong?

and my spitfiremkixc has no cockpit in game and I cant control it...

spitIXC in files folder is for K-14 gunsight mod ... that's ok

check your settings for K-14 gunsight mod for spit IXc (MODS ) ... that is what is messing with your pit

effects folder shouldn't be there in fresh AAA UI 1.1 install (i don't have it ...) but if you have same files in your MODS folder ( came with some mod) those in files folder wont get loaded anyway .
