That's the Convair B-32 Dominator. It was basically a very heavy version of the B-24. It was going to be used to replace B-17's and B-24's of the Eight and Fifteenth Air Forces before they moved to the Pacific for the Invasion. It actually got combat in the Pacific at the very end of the war. I could go on and on about this, but I think I'll give a link instead.

Each of these planes would take many, many hours to complete, which, since they'd be developped by modders doing it on their spare time while they continue to have a life, a job, wives kids, etc... would take them years before they can release them.
