I have test runways 1 2 3 and 4. 1 in concrete and 2 and 3 are steal mesh.

I need to know the key command for sinking them into the ground to be level with the runway I am merging it to.

AFAIK there's no way to do this. The command for moving objects up and down is F4 I think, and then hold the middle mouse button, but only for smoke and fire objects.

If you want to "merge" them into the ground, simply make sure the center of the runway is placed on the lowest point of the ground around the area you wish to place.

Seems test runway #3 does not sit up as high. Someone in my squad seems to remember there used to be a way to lower and raise them. So far none of your suggestions has worked thank you for trying.

I have the same problem

Im making some missions and than I use some runways. For take-offs no problem, of course, but when I sink it in the ground like AIRdomination mentioned, and I get off the runway, I jump a few metres in the air and crash. Thats real annoying, cause I want to taxi to the hangar. OR, some-one can make a kind of ramp for it, which u place near the runway so you can taxi off. Like you unload a trailer with a crain. Maybe? I think it is a simple thing to make? or am I wrong?

Well, you can try lining the runway and taxi platform up with runway1, and then change it to runway4?

no guys, teh test runways can not be raised or lowered to teh best of my knoledge.
Still try the FNB+ mod that alowds you to contruct runways as objects in the missions. still AI would not be able to use this runways...

Fusek, with runway 4 you ll land like a metre above the ground. That sucks and is not reallistic.

And Baco, I want that AI can land and take-off on that airfield.

So, I think that I have to deal with it as long there is no better idea for it.
