a friend made this aussie neptune skin for me but it needs some areas made transparent
like the US one pictured, can someone please help me with this?
the 2 tga's are in the mediafire link, please save the corrected aussie skin as a tga. cheers

just drag the layer with the holes in over the layer without and use it as a template to erase the areas you want to make transparent, then simply remove the template layer and save. :wink:

I believe it doesn't really matter if those areas aren't represented as 'transparent' on the skin file, as the model will automatically render these areas as glass on the model. Try it on and see if that works...

I've done what I can with the image you posted, it is better to have the original template because it is layered, but at least it is now usable.
