Though working with the programming is way beyond me, the thought of having different aircraft skins on parked static aircraft has been one discussed a few times with no resolution I know of.....So to get the discussion rolling again I wonder if this might work.
Ideal Condition, so far not happened:
That in the FMB when selecting a static aircraft instead of the program looking for the "default skin" it has an option to choose a skin just like for AI aircraft.
Less Ideal yet maybe workable?
That each seperate skinned static aircraft is considered a different object. IOW, Ki-61-Ia-1, Ki-61-Ia-2, Ki-61-Ia-3, Ki-61-Ia-4, etc.......IOW, that object though the same Ki-61 model has a different "default skin" added to it.....Naturally that would boost the number of files/HDD space considerably, and make the pull down list in FMB grow, yet would accomplish the goal?
Thoughts?
