CanonUK's final version of the Battle of Britain map contains it as far as I know. At least I remember his inquiry for information on french architecture and he showed some beautiful Hausmannian style buildings. Maybe Canon could confirm himself?

I think it is in Canon's map. It would make a great scenario for some early Blenheim raids.
