What I mean is, is it possible to change conf (?) settings to show no in game points on the score screen? Which file deals with point scoring?

To remove enemy aircraft destroyed go in conf file and under [game] change NoHudLog to 1. This will turn off all of the messages in blue text such as engine throttle % and flaps settings.

If you don't want to see any messages at all, do what Harnage said, if you still want to see some hud messages then open your hud_log_ru.properties file in Notepad/Wordpad and edit away or delete to your hearts content. One word of warning, when you open the file you will see two columns of data, DO NOT edit the left hand column, ie don't touch anything that I've highlighted in red in the screenie below.



You'll find the file in one of two locations;
IL2root\Files\i18n
or
IL2root\Mods\STD\i18n

Thanks for that chaps. I am aware of how to switch off in-game messages but its the scores I want to stop appearing after closing a game - such as if I knock down 2 fighters, the score will show 200 in the score screen.
