Hey gents
I put together a PC and installed IL-2 but it seems that the graphics of the water and the lighting off the sun are not the clear picture that they were when I was on an older system. I was thinking that the problem could be that now I have DX10. Has anyone heard of a fix or something similar to my problem and possibly a solution?

Not sure if this will help, but have you tried adjusting your config.ini settings any? I know there are settings for changing the water style, but can't remember which does what. Probably need to read the manual again.

Hey guys, for the sun and water graphics..

Maybe you can use these..

And set water=4 instead of 2 or 3 :wink:

First off: PERFECT in game settings are only available with OpenGL and NOT DirectX. Microsoft sucks...
