stupid question

but what does the button seat position??
is this for the pilot to look over the nose of the plane.
when the plane is on the ground.
and witch plane has this function.

yes, it is for the pilot to raise the seat to help with visibility during takeoff.
it is only available for some of the carrier planes, Corsairs, Zeros, etc.
I don't have the entire list, but just try all the carrier aircraft (those with arrestor hooks, etc....
you'll find that most, if not all, of these have the seat raised ability... :wink:
it can only be done when the cockpit is open, too... :wink:
