F-84G Skin Contest
#61

Okay, I got everything realigned. Like I said, a pixel at a time. The right Fuselage was repositioned "up" on the template until it lined up properly. The same was done with the left Vertical stab, both top and bottom horizontal stabs, top and bottom fuselage sections were also adjusted until centered.

After all that, I was able to fix the "art" on the plane and line it where it needed to go.

So, I was able to make Manny's Menace. If anybody wants it, just holler and I'll throw it up in a post for D/L.

If you want I can upload the rivets and panel lines that i've warped into place so you can download it Grant as I'm going to be doing that for Boosher as well since he's a bit tired of looking at them and trying to get them right Tongue

I've also added a few bits etc to your Internals such as the bit when the wings break off, the various joints between the flaps, ailerons etc... Gunhole colour, a new cockpit instrument panel cut out from an F-84G and a black intake. If you want those let me know and if I could have your advice on this, should the flap joints and the areas between the control surfaces dark green or just metal colour?

I will be sending you my anti-glare panels in a sec...

Compiling wise I don't mind doing that and sending it off to flak, or if it is simpler since we will pretty much have everyone elses stuff we can make our various own edits with shadows lighting etc as you and others have already done and then post our final blank USAF skins for Flakiten to choose one which he prefers.

Oh Grant the canopy latch thing is still off the canopy if you take a look at the fuselage, if you go to the originals and go to edit>transform>warp then you should be able to get it onto the canopy with help from the uv mapping. Smile

Sure, I saw the canopy too and thought, "how to fix that"? I can use all the help I can get. So, Raptor, send me what you got on that.

As for posting the skin, I would like to get the warping thing fixed first and then I'll post the finished product. Patience my dear pilots, patience.

If you don't mind me asking, _Harpia_Mafra55_, where did you get the stenciled decals for the F-84? They look wonderful!
