After installing 4.09 mods enabled it seems that I am unable to access all my mods despite them still present in my mods folder. Can some one help me?

What do you mean by "installing 4.09 mods enabled"?
What is the exact name of what you installed?
What did you have before you installed it?
Did everything work before you installed it?

Which mods are now inaccessible?

Have you tried using the switchers in the game root folder? They work for me. Hope that helps.

I did install the game i used the switcher but thare is no diveranse
I can't find the fokker DXXI or eny other plane theat shoud be in the game new

you didnt find the planes cause its 4.09bm, the beta version without the new aircraft

Then how do I get my planes back? Do I re-download the 4.08m patch?

Yes.

I can't see that you did anything wrong, in that case. If you started with a patched 4.08m game, then installed the ENG_Sound_Mod (plus wrapper and a/c installer), then the 4.09_Mod_b1m, then the switcher, you should be able to select 4.09b1m Mods On with the switcher, and all your previous mods should be available.

What Mods aren't working? Are their folders still in your MODS folder?

Yes, all the .ini entries and the mods file is still there along with everything in it. It also says 4.09b1m in the bottom left corner.
