Full Mission Builder won't save ??
#1

So, yeah, I've got this bug I haden't noticed until now, it just won't save the singles or campaigns I'd like to build up myself, but it seems like the stand-alone will still be ok and play well.

There really is something that got messed up but what is it ?? I don't want to uninstalled and I'm still a noob when it comes to computers.

Right now I have the MODs thing with the Japanese Zeros chasing a B-29 Bombers ( not sure of the name of this one )

Please Help me out, guys, Cry

Do you mean you can't save missions at all,or just can not save a mission on a certain map?
Try another map to save a mission, preferably a stock map to see if you can actually sve a mission.

Some modded maps with certain installs refuse to save missions due to missing objects that are on the map but not installed on the users PC
If you can't save a mission on a stock map, then it must just be the procedure you are having difficulties with and the IL2FullMissionBuilder link I gave you will help tremendously to figure out how to build and save missions .It will also help in connecting your missions into a Campaign if you so desire.

Check Flying Nutcases IL2 Full Mission Builder site out and try and save a mission on a stock map

Hope this helps out,if not just keep asking and it will get figured out as there are a lot of knowledgeable folks here at AAA

i know how to fix it cause i had this prob before. so go to your game root folder in here or here C:\program files\ubisoft\il-2 sturmovik\files\com\maddox\objects or here C:\program files\ubisoft\il-2 sturmovik\Mods\STD\com\maddox\objects and find a file called static.ini and delete it. but im not sure if that will help you.

No, don't just delete the static.ini. If you can't save on a Mod-Map it's because you're missing an object that the map includes. Check the readme and ensure you have all the necessary mods (e.g. LAL_ROnes Hangars, KevinP's roadplates etc)

Not good advice. static.ini defines all the static objects in the game. If you delete it you will no longer be able to use any modded objects, new static aircraft, new stationary ships etc. All you will have left is stock objects. Follow the advice given by Canon and Easy.

Ok, sorry to bother you guys, looks like I've screwed up again with that new map which gives me trouble these days. There IS some minor bug in there though, the full mission builder just tends to freeze the game to the point that I have no choice but to restart the computer, it's the first time I see this and it's annoying.

EDIT: It's still playable though, sorry.
