This is the start of my latest mission, there will be two versions, the first will be a DF map, the second will de done using Zuti's moving DF mod with loads of planes using the original Japanese flight plans.
Pics of Airfields will follow, unfortunately there are not enough plane types to make it exact, but i will do my best with what i have.
I have also needed to use some russian light cruisers for the U.S.S Honolulu, Helena, Detroit, Raleigh, and st-Louis

Looks good!!!

I see you are using the BB's..... I prefer them, but am using the Marat types because they are the correct size. The BB's are better because they will take more damage before sinking, so you can use the correct loadouts for the attacking planes....the Marat types sink too easily... lol.

My own has the ships and parked planes in no particular attempt to be historically correct..... although most maps showing placement of ships in the harbour only show the warships and not the freighters and other vessels.

Yep, there are a few more auxiliary ships moored in west lock, i am scanning the archives to fins some pic's of this and some of the tug's and yard craft that where also there. i am working on the fields at the moment........

i have this one, thanks, i have extensive research on this particular..........attack, but it is very difficult to find out where the planes where parked, i have a couple of pics and know exactly what planes where at pearl and all the fields, just not where they where actually parked on each field at the time of attack.

It might not be very patriotic--because I am an American--but those beautiful screen shots make me want to attack Pearl Harbor---lol.

Excellent work, man.

Hope my PC can handle it.

That is of course one of the main problems.... my own huge mission made for the default Hawaii map several years ago did not get much of a reception because it was far too busy for any but the best computers. My own was not good and could not use perfect mode so i was forced to play the mission at half, or even quarter speed to avoid a slide-show.
My present computer is far better, but now about two years out of date, but i can play the old mission and also on this new map without any significant problems.
A new and recent computer would have no trouble with this I'm sure...
My old set-up.... AMD Athlon XP2200+ (1800mhz)...1.5GB RAM...Geforce 4 GPU
Two year old set-up..... Core Duo E6850 3.0 Ghz (not overclocked) 3GB RAM.... Nvidia 8800 GTS 320mb

If you have problems running this mission upon the new map...it means your set-up will struggle with BOB SOW
