VMF 223 Guadalcanal


The following work has been my project for the last five months, and I am proud to now say that It is finished.

All missions in this campaign are entirely based on ones flown in the real campaign by VMF-223. In nearly all missions, there are the same amount of aircraft, at the same times, at the same places, as in real life. All events mentioned in breifings and occuring in the missions and videos are based on events which actually happened.


Version 1.2-Corrected mission briefings, and fixed several minor mission errors, as well as one major one

as well as several skins for aircraft.

Recommended mods along with required skins, and links to the sites where they are posted can be found in the readme.

Important: Some people have reported problems downloading the skins for this campaign. If this is the case, send me a PM and I'll send you the skins as soon as I can.

This book provided information on some of the action on the ground as well as the several large bombing missions.

Update: an error in the first mission was causing anyone with a low rank to air start. This has now been fixed.

Did a search at M4T by copying and pasting from the README and was unable to find the skins. Anyone else have this problem?
