CanonUK Battle of Britain map problem
#1

ok, so i downloaded CanonUK's new BoB map, installed it and added all text to the proper file. however. now, when i load any of the 4 maps, i can't save the map or play it, once i set planes. also, when i click Plane 1 to select it for myself, it shows the paintscheme for every plane being the standard white void scheme. please help, and thanks in advance

EDIT: when i set waypoints and select a plane to fly, i hit play, it requires save, but it doesn't save. i hit play again, and nothing happens. i have no idea what to do, but i have UI 1.1.1, so i shouldnt have to have the hangar mods or anything

Thank you "VonHahn" but I tried everything and even more, it is the loss of fps that disturbs me most.

If you can't save, have you found and changed this:
Quote:Check your static.ini file and remove the extra 'b'. So,

[buildings.Plate$bitumenearthGroundTurn]
Title Turn
Mesh 3do/airfield/bbitumenearth/Turn/mono.sim

to

[buildings.Plate$bitumenearthGroundTurn]
Title Turn
Mesh 3do/airfield/bitumenearth/Turn/mono.si

Not sure what to tell you mate.. I followed the instructions in the thread and it worked straight off.
Did you get the two required mods for compatibility.. Kevin P's road plate mod, and Bran Tocs objects ToW mod, then update the relevant ini's etc?..
