HI all new ENGLISH CHANNEL MAP is not in my QMB+ . but is in my FMB . and is ok ?

In order for the maps to appear in QMB, you need to go to the bottom of your conf.ini file (located in your game root directory) and add the following lines :

[quick] [color=orange]

Then I don't see why you can't see the maps in QMB. Maybe QMB+ is required ?

I suppose you have added the missions where they should be and done everything as indicated in the readme ?

Just to be sure, re-check the conf.ini for typos, so much as an extra space where there shouldn't be one could mess everything up. Happens to me all the time.
