You have to press "o" to set the game into verbal response mode and then shout "open bomb door" once.
That should do it.

I actually do something quite similar, but I use VAC:

It works quite well with IL2, and I don't have to remember all of the key combinations.

For instance, I can say "Start four engines", and VAC will issue all of the commands to select each engine, start it, select the next engine, start it, ... and then select all engines so I'm ready to take off or taxi.

Or, in something like a P-38, I can feather a prop just by SAYING "select engine number two", "Shutdown engine", "Feather Prop", Select engine number one", and never have to touch the keyboard. Makes issueing commands in combat a lot easier, and let's you fly the plane instead of hunting all over the KB and typing the commands.

VAC can issue ANY command, or series of commands, that you use the KB for in IL2, and just about any other game or application you can think of.
