I have some problems with few maps: VKG_Grand_Canyon / SpainSW / Sakishima

When I go to FMB and want to load them, I'm getting this:

for the Grand Canyon:

Section [MAP 2D] not found in 'maps/VKG_Grand_Canyon/load.ini

for the SpainSW:

Section [MAP 2D] not found in 'maps/dlc_SpainSW/dlc_load.ini

for the Sakishima is the very same thing but obviously with the Sakishima load.ini

I've checked all, reinstalled all the maps three times, following exactly the given instructions, but to no avail.

Please, can someone help me out of this "empasse" ?

Yes, all other maps working smooth.

Got Sakishima map to work.

Grand Canyon and SpainSW New1 and New2 still giving troubles.

Sounds like you're getting the missing textures error.
Be sure to have all the textures in their correct folders.

I have the same thing with Canon's BoB map. The .tga's referenced are all where they are supposed to be so I'm stumped too.

I can confirm that all the textures are where they must be.
What else can be? :???:
I will need expecially the Spain maps to go on with a Campaign I'm working on....

HI,

I have the same problem with my Netherlands/Germany map when playing UI 1.1.1: "Section [MAP 2D] not found in maps/NWE_1x1/load.ini" with UI 1.1.1. It's the same with normal and unlocked FMB.
The map (with exactly the same files) loads and works fine with my other install (French Pack C6 1.1) ...

I tried everything I could with the files in [MAP 2D] section (ed_m01, ed_m02, ed_m03.tga): size, format, etc. but I didn't success. I tried too with load.ini from other maps and with ed_m0xx.tga files from other maps (resized): still no success ...
I desactivated the minimap mods I have installed and some others, ran the game with the conf.ini original (the one we get just after install) ...nothing to do, I can't run the map with UI :tongue: .

I didn't find any clue in this or other forums.

I'll continue to investigate this problem, but the map still don't work with UI ...
