What i realy like about in this picture is the suggestion of depth. Nice effect!

Yes, I like that too.
Kind of reminds me of these 'Tilt Shift' Photography that uses a special lens to blur the forground and background and make the photo look like a model.

It is easy to use but you'll need good pic to make good tilt-shift.
