Changes in this version (091101):
- Corrected all console errors.
- Ground smoke modified and more dense.

Hello, friends.
This is my first MOD.
New effects for:
- Fat Man and Little Boy
- Mistel, FAB 5000, HC 4000lb.
New particles systems and one new smoke texture.
I tryed to make realistic explosions with the limitations of the IL-2's engine.
Know issues:
If you bomb a big city, the number of particles exceeds, due to the buildings burning, and the IL-2's engine will only show the camera's nearest particles.
But this happens also with the default effects, its a engine's limitation, there is nothing we can do.
