LMAO, great idea and a great skin!
Glad to see peeps skinning things for use in the Malta theatre of operations.
This looks really nice! And that's your first attempt? Neat! I wonder, whether new-slot unarmed versions of the Ju-52, FW-200 amd C-47 could be made in order to represent civilian aircraft. This might be of interest for a number of different mission-building scenarios. I know, we can just change the loadout to "empty," but I still think it would look nicer if there were versions of these aircraft without the gun positions.
Anyway, nice skin!

Hi Lefty,
Perhaps, instead of the gunner, we could get a pretty flight attendant to have a peek into the cockpit every now and then to serve coffee and light refreshments? Wouldn't that be a pleasant break from the routine on those long, real-time flights? Any talented modders up for this one?
Just a thought.

Hi Lejo,
Thanks for posting this. Sure made me me reminisce. I never did get to meet either one of the actresses, but I did see the "Tante-Ju" fly by once at the airport in Frankfurt, while waiting for another flight. Goodness, was that thing ever loud! It seemed to almost drown out some of the jets, even through the thick glass of the waiting area at the gate. As a kid, I did get to walk around inside a Ju-52 on display at the German Museum in Munich.
Our family doctor used to fly them in and out of Stalingrad during WW II. As an eight-year old kid enthusiastic about WW II aircraft, I once asked him what it was like to fly these planes under combat conditions back then. He just smiled at me and said: "Pretty darn cold!"
