I'm not sure anybody made airline skins for the C-47. you might try over at http://www.flightsimfiles.com/ to see if they might have some.

I've found an American Airlines (I think), a Brazilian civilian airliner and a Canadian skin for Alberta Something or Other Airlines ... don't know where I ever found them, but if you'd like a link to download just say so ... happy to oblige...

The 'Raids over Managua' campaign has some excellent (fictional)civilian skins. In fact, I can recommend the whole campaign!
