Venatore's Copper & Black German Torpedo

By installing this mod your Fiume Torpedo, LTF5B Torpedo & the Practice torpedo textures will change. The main difference will be that the Fiume Torpedo & LTF5B Torpedo will have a copper war head with a sleek black body. The Practice Torpedo will now have a full length silver sleek casing.

This mod is compatible with the AAA Community Unified Installer 1.2 mod.

This mod has the correct file structure pathway.

To install this mod just put it into your MODS folder or you can drill deeper down to the following pathway: Program files/Ubisoft/IL-2 Sturmovik 1946/MODS/German_Torpedoes. It will ask if you want to overwrite these files. Please back-up your original 1.2 German Torpedoes folder prior to installing mine.

This mod is zipped with WinRAR.

This mod was created/skinned by Venatore.

If the Copper & Black German Torpedos were good enough for Silent Hunter III game then they are good enough for IL2

Hey Venatore, nice to see you bringing some of your quality work over to IL-2. I thought those torps looked familiar! I used the handle Friction150 over on Subsim, I use to skin over there.

It's surprising just how many SHIII U-boat captains have infiltrated the IL2 realm with regards to modding. My U-boat (U-657) is in dry dock awaiting the arrival of SHV, till then I'm earning my keep here, by giving back something to the IL2 community even though it's a small gesture, I know it's not as grand as introducing a new aircraft like some of the genius modders around here, I've done a couple of mods with regards to splash screens and a audio file here and there on this site. It's all in the name of keeping the game alive.
