I too noticed that my ejection seat did not work. I also got a mission fail to load :NULL error when trying to fly the F-80C in QMB. Tried it several times all with the same result.

I also noticed a small glitch in the MiG-15 cockpit. It appears there is a handy dandy window in the lower right console so you can see the ground while flying. Almost like a glass bottom boat type deal. Tourists may make it a little cramped in the cockpit though. Smile

Looks like the F-84G variants in this pack are identical to ones I have downloaded already from AAA, so I assume those should be disabled when using this Mod Pack?

Haven't tried this yet, Freddy, but thanks for releasing it!

You may have noticed this little glitch with the USA version of Freddy's Sabre...... That has got to hurt...

To correct this :

1. Download the corrected hier file here:

2. Navigate to folder .......MODS\ Pack Mod Coree\ 3do\Plane\F-86(USA)

3. Rename current Hier file as Hier_orig (or whatever you wish as a back up).

4. Paste downloaded Hier file.

Yes , I know that ! The mig15 cockpit is a beta , and nothing is done in this cockpit , I will begin to do it seriously in few time ...

No , not the same , they have a different FM !
You have not to delete the others F-84 , so you can compare
You have to understand why I ve done this mod ...
All the FM are news , and all the FM have been tested in game to be more well-balanced ... The fights are thus more realistic ....

If the eject seat doesn t works , you have a bad install , to use the eject seat you need a java class in " FM " , don t forget to install it with the mod ...

I downloaded everything that you said to get and installed it exactly where you said to put it. No ejection seat. I also can't seem to land either of the Sabres. I have a very difficult time getting them below 150 MPH without them stalling out and crashing. If I try coming in at 150 to 160, the landing gear collapases and I become a grease mark on the runway.

Oh yeah, the canopy thing. Interesting this. When you start out the canopy is open, I understand the logic., however, the AI doesn't. When I "Close" the canopy and then let the AI take over to fly so I can observe, he "Opens" the canopy and promptly loses it. Also, when the canopy is "closed" while I am flying it, I get all the lovely wind effects sounds, but when I "open" and thus lose my canopy, much to my surprise, no more wind sound effects.

I'm sure all of this is still in BETA as you said and you are open to hearing about the glitches that most Beta testers come up with so you can be made aware of them so you can make it all better. That is the point of creating all of these mods right? To make the game better?

Nice work freddy, my computer is down right now so it won't run IL2 but I would like to know one thing. I see there is an F-86F as part of this pack and I was wondering if it has an All Flying Tail? (ie. the tail section moves up and down around a pivet point like all modern aircraft such as the F-15, F-22 etc...)

Well, I'll check again, but it looked like the air.ini entries were identical, the F-84G1, 2 and 3, and the KB-29P.

When i want flying MIG-15 it can't loaded and get this message:
Mission loading failed:Hook:
_CANNONDump03 not found
Any ideas?

Just for the record Freddy, I installed the mod correctly any way.

On a different note. Will you be releasing your cockpit for Peter D's F86A? Or keeping it for your new version?

I'm still trying to figure out if the button file included here is okay for me to use as it is considerably smaller than the one in UI 1.2. I have a few extra planes in my 1.2 install and all work fine but I am concerned that if I swap the 1.2 buttons file for this new one which I will need to get these new aircrafts FMs, then I will either lose some of my aircraft or else more likely get the dreaded 60% crash. Can anyone else who has tried this tell me if their UI 1.2 works with these buttons, and if any extra planes they have installed still work okay too? Thanks for any advice anyone can give me.

just backup your old buttons file first.... then if it doesn't work get your old buttons file back and put it in...

For the wind I ve explain that ...
I ll check the java class , I think an error occurs at the last minute in my java class , the IA knows to close the canopy .... As you say , there is a problem with the IA , I ll take a look to this ...

For the eject seat I don t understand , it works perfectly for me and all the pilots in my squad ... I d like to know if you are alone with this problem or if everyone have this problem ... Tell me
