Hello guys!!
After two installation attempts and still having the same problem, it's time to ask for help.
After a nice UI1.1 installation (no errors) I start launching the .exe of UI1.2, giving the path, and all seems to go well. No extraction errors. When all files are extracted, a ms-dos window automatically opens. And here I get the first problem. The program running in MS-DOS (some sort of file cleaner, or something like that) gives me a lot of "file not found" errors. But it continues his work anyway, telling me "X paths removed" (where X was 1 during the first attempt to install, 8 the second time) at the end and leaving with no problems.
At this point, I go ahead and launch the IL2VersionSwitcher.exe. Here Windows gives me a nice error telling "Application not correctly initialized", or something like this. I've italian version of Win so don't know how would it be exactly in english...
At this point, during the first attempt I tried to use the appropriate .bat file to switch version(_Switch-409_Mods_On_With_6DOF.bat). It worked without errors, but when I tried to enter some server in HL I've got the "CRT=2 Failed" error from the server.
I have to tell that all files sizes bot in UI 1.1 and 1.2 are ok, and I also have tested both with WinRAR and everything went fine.
Could someone help me? Would be great!
