Kind request: Skins for the Swordfish.

~S~

Is there any chance a really talented skinner to make a couple of basic skins/templates for the Swordfish? Nothing complicated, just one or two to serve as a starting point for more detailed skinning.

A standard Royal Navy camouflaged, and one in silver dope/bare metal with no markings at all will surely do.

Thank you in advance...

Cheers

CanonUK made a lot of skins for the Swordfish:

Wonderful skins for a wonderful plane. I thought the Swordfish was going to remain one of those unskinnable planes ...

Which leads to another question - is there a template available anywhere for the Swordfish? This is a plane that is just crying out for hacks ...

And this is why I'm asking for that couple of templates... The overall bare metal/silverdoped will be a great starting point for many "hacks" biplanes of the early thirties... like the Blackburn Shark, and a Bolivian Curtiss Falcon for the Chaco War, only to mention two... Wink

BTW, Thank you for the link to Canos's wonderful skins, Iztvan.

BTW, wich name I have to give the folder in the Paint Scheme/Skins where the Swordish skins will be stored? Simply "Swordfish" seems not the right one...

Thanks..

I have 'SwordfishMkI' and it seems to work fine.

I don't have a SwordfishMkII though ... don't even know if that is a separate flyable plane or not, just a category for skins

Thank you, Agracier!

Ah, I started with the SCW "chapter" of that Campaign I told you, (remember?) - I'm looking for the final version of all your Spanish Maps Big Grin ... And if you need a Beta-Tester for them, just let me know!

Cheers!

I think Kapteeni is going to post the updated or final or official or whatever version of Andalucia shortly ... and I'm busy populating the Baleares map, but that might still take a while ...
