I had a big trouble with my Logitech Force 3D PRO joystick.
After months of trials (and customer support mails) I managed to solve it.
So I share this, hoping it can be useful to somebody.
I couldn't set my stick at all, force feedback was terrible, and the software was using only 1/3 of the total excursion of the stick.
No way of fixing the Logitech drivers or software.
So I tried the most stupid thing in the world: uninstalled all drivers and used the stick as a default windows gaming device. I callibrated it withe the usual control panel calibration utility (which was formerly unavailable) and now the joystick works properly, and I (finally) find it very confortable, although it's quite cheap!
The only problem is that each time I turn off the stick or computer I have to re-calibrate it, because Windows doesn't save my settings! Any ideas?
