Well, I've really tried all I thought things would go to make this UI 1.2 working but, nothing worked in my case, even though I downloaded it from various places, it's always the same thing, files corrupt, and I just don't know what to do in order to make it work and I really don't know too much on how to handle torrents.

Each and every time, I had uninstall the entire thing again, again and again and it becomes frustrating to see, so I need help very badly since I really want it to work properly this time.

Not much fun with playing around with just the 4.09m with no mods, still, there's a question I'd like to ask.

Which Italian planes should I expect to get flying on this one ?? I especially love these.

So, well yeah, can anyone here help me out on dealing with this ??

I got the corrupt message at the end of the install but mine works fine. Did you remove the mods you were supposed to?

Sure did, I had the entire thing uninstalled and I even cleaned up the old file just to install it back from scratch, and it was always like that I tried it on.

Pretty much like you, when I had almost completed the UI 1.2 this file corrupt message showed up, and it was like that everytime. Unlike you however, mine just wouldn't work.

Anyway, I was just contacted by another guy from AAA by PM, so if something goes wrong, I'll let you know.

1) delete files and mods-folders
2) download the torrent

Hey !! Finally got it to work now !!

I guess it was the detail I had missed, not including the 4.09m patch I mean.

One last question: the File Corrupts message did show up while I was installing the UI 1.2 but it still worked anyway. So, which parts of the game I should be aware that it would possibly not working ??

It will depend on what files are corrupt, of course, and there should be a list.

Another thing that won't have happened, if you got any errors, is that insert.bat will not have run at the end of the extraction, as it is supposed to, so, among other things, you will not see the new maps. You'll have other glitches due to folders not being renamed correctly.

Go to your game folder, find insert.bat, and double-click to run it.

And lastly, there is the detail, that the U.I. is not compatible with 4.09m, and should be installed over a 4.08m game. Installed over a 4.09m game, it will "work", but you will not see any of the 4.09 content at all.

Ok, I kindda noticed some maps I was supposed to have don't seem to even be included such as Hokkaido and Sakishima, but I still have the new planes included in the 1.2, The Panther and the Fairey Battle sure are there anyway along with some more stuff.

I think I'm finally on the right track now on having it working, but it's a little disappointing to not have the new planes included in the 4.09m patch.
