I've recently begun to make missions in which the player is flying a warbird firebomber/ water tanker. Here's some shots of that kind of thing:

Even though these seem cool, I've hit a snag. I can't drop water, and I can't figure out any way to add an effect that would allow me to do so. A special smoke effect is possible, like Zephyr's Pat smoke mod, but that's all I've got. I also need skins, maps, and more ideas. Please don't think of this as me begging for help, just point me in the right direction. Who knows? Maybe I'll make a few campaigns if all goes well. Thanks in advance!

Id love to see it. There was some discussion on this before

But no modders were available to work on it at the time. Maybe someone is looking for a new project now.

You could combine it with some flying doctors style air ambulance missions, Ive seen some pretty cool skins for those.

Hi again!
I have two things to ask. Number one:
I need skins... Please don't feel obligated to make them, but if anyone knows where I can get firebomber or civilian skins for TBM, P2V, B-17, A-20(A-26) or L-5 (spotter), please tell me!

Also, does anyone know of a map that could be used as Greybull, Wyoming? That's the Hawkins & Powers headquarters, and a major firebombing base. If I can't Figure it out, I'm going to have to make one. And I still have trouble with getting the Microdem files into IL2. :???:

Any ideas for water?
