N.Korea Insignia on Japanese
#1

Don't know what I've done but now all AI Japanese planes have N. Korea star instead of the Japanese insignia. Also, does anyone know of detailed instructions of how to use MAT MANAGER? I'm not sure what all the buttons and tabs do. Thanks.

Yeah, I know what you did cause I use North Korean markings all the time in Il-2 MAT...

Mat Manager has the option to use north korean markings instead of Japanese ones.
Top right near the hungarian and romanian marks you have a whole list japanese markings to choose from.
North Korean ones are a red star with blue circle border.. select Japanese red dots from the list

The Tabs on top lets your preset markings for different time periods and theaters within the game. If you fly in North Africa, select North Africa 41-43,.. if you fly in Russia in 1942 select Russia 1942.. and hit Quit (red button).. This will save your settings. Its that simple

In your case select Pacific early War (blue tab) and hit red button to quit. The changes will be saved.
You can also hit the Load button on the top left corner. This will set the default just like when your first installed the program.

I hope you got the latest version 2.36

cheers

Did you install Ranwers Mig 15 frankenplane? It can cause this problem also, just disable it in your mods folder and your markings problem will go away, and enable it again when you want to use it.

Thanks folks. Yep I've got the MIG 15. I'll try the MAT Manager 1st & if that doesn't work I'll disable the MIG.

Nope, the MAT Manager didn't affect the insignias. What's the best way to temporarily disable the MIG so that I can re-enable it when I want to fly it?
