I am trying to play a few campaigns and i noticed none have the map they need, it will say "map missing mission failed to load", Why are all these campaigns included if they do not work properly?
And if anyone knows were i ca get the maps to make it work that would be great.

Some of those Campaigns are U-BUY addons.They were placed in the game just in case.
Have no idea where you get them. I was reading this at the 242
site.
they aren't for sale anymore as far as i know or in best case extremly rare to get. So basicly if you don't have the maps you can delete that part and have some extra HD space. no idea why they were put in there in the first place.
btw. if you do are lucky enough to find Ostfront or so do you install the whole thing then or do you just have to take the MAps out of the copy you bought?
All these IL2 addons can still be purchased, you just have to look on the internet or search some back topics here at AAA. I know because I just did it in the last month.
me too although a bit longer ago but if you are going to orderone it says sold-out with everyone of them, or they are still being sold but they can't be delivered in Europe. See shipping conditiotions.

I live in the USA, but had to buy all my addons from Europe (England, Belgium and Germany), so why wouldn't they delvier in Europe ?

I've bought some of my il-2 addons off EBAY when all else failed.
There is a French IL-2 site that is fairly large and has an HSFX add-ons section. I can't remember the name of it. It would be worth visiting and I intend myself to refind it. It is a nice site, actually-very well constructed. It even has an English language feature.

OK if you looked any further you see that most add-on are very old so that won't run anynmore in a modded gameplay ( i know i own several ones) second off all the intersesting ones that are 2 or 3 give me this message wenn i select EUROPE

and the one i realy want is OstFront but i don't see that one in any of the links. So no need to start that tone.

For some reason they don't ship Most Add-ons to Europe. But i'm gyessing your not in Europe. And with tone i mean don't treath like i'm stupid. I have had all the links and yes i know how to use google to. But if i say i can't order them well.. maybe because i write that because i can't?

I have Red Orchestra and the Darkest Hour add-on. They're super fun. The Darkest Hour is free after RO. Recently, RO was on discount for only $5.00 US dollars, about the cost of one gallon of Europe petrol. (Gasoline)
